Gil is a California native who grew up in Southern California and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area to attend The University of California at Berkeley, where he graduated in 1982 with a BA in Economics. Prior to becoming a residential mortgage loan officer in 1993, Gil worked as a registered securities representative where he obtained a working knowledge of the bond market and how it influences mortgage interest rates.

In the last 16 years as a top producer, Gil has originated countless loans of all types: conventional, FHA, Jumbo, VA and construction loans. Gil offers you the benefit of experiencing a myriad of situations, financial markets, loan challenges and successes.
